Wir bevorzugen vorwiegend die Physicalische Bemusterung, akzeptieren aber in besonderen Fällen und bei Einhaltung der weiter unten genannten Vorgaben, auch Digitale Bemusterungen (Kein Stream ausschließlich nur Download als MP3 Datei)!
Physicalische Bemusterungen (CDs) sind, mit den unten genannten Punkten 4, 5 & 6 ausschließlich an die im Impressum genannte Adresse zu senden. Digitale Bemusterungen an die Folgende E-mail-Adresse wenn folgende Vorgaben erfüllt werden!
Vorgaben Digital-Bemusterungen (Mindestvorgaben)
- MP3 320 kbps 44,1kHz Stereo
- Artist, Title, Album, ISRC, Label, Labelcode (LC), UPC (EAN), VÖ müssen in den MP3 Tags enthalten sein.
- Wenn 2. nicht in den MP3 Tags enthalten müssen diese in einer ausführlichen Trackliste beiliegen.
- Komplette Bio, Info, Discographie müssen ausschließlich in deutscher Sprache beiliegen
- Cover, Bandbilder, Bandlogos & weitere Bilder müssen eine Auflösung von mind. 1280 x 1024px haben (Besser 1920x1080px).
- Ausstrahlungs- und Publizierungs-Genehmigung bei GEMA & GVL freien Bands/Künstlern.
- Bemusterungen in Digitaler Form werden nur über die folgenden Systeme anerkannt: HearTheMusic, Haulix, Promo Jukebox, Promo Cloud, alle Systeme die hier nicht genannt wurden, werden nicht akzeptiert!
- Auf der Webseiten, der Bemusterten Bands, wird ein Link mit dem Hinweis eingebunden, das die Musik auch bei uns zu hören ist! (Linkbeispiele siehe hier)!
Aufgrund dass wir massig an Digitalen Promos erhalten, werden bei uns nur noch CDs Rezensiert die uns mittels Post oder Paketdienst erreichen. Digitale Bemusterungen gehen direkt ohne Rezensierung in die Rotation.
E-Mails mit Promos werden ausschließlich nur unter studio (at) metal-fm.com angenommen

!!!WICHTIG !!!! Bei Promo-Download-Systemen mit Watermark ist die Personalisierung auf METAL-FM.COM einzurichten und nicht auf eine Person. Watermarks die auf eine Person eingerichtet sind, können nicht mehr berücksichtigt werden.

Sampling & Promos
We prefer the physical sampling, but accept in specific cases and in compliance with the requirements referred to below, and digital sampling (No Stream exclusively download as MP3 file)!
Physicalische sampling and promos are to send the below mentioned points 4 & 5, only to the address given in the imprint. Digital sampling at the following e-mail address if the following requirements are met!
Digital sampling requirements (minimum requirements)
- MP3 320 kbps 44.1 kHz Stereo
- Artist, Title, Album, ISRC, Label, Labelcode (LC), UPC (EAN), VÖ must be contained in the MP3 tags
- If 2 must not contain in the MP3 tags this enclosed in a detailed track list.
- Complete Bio, Info, Discography must exclusively in German language accompanied
- Cover, band images, band logos & more images must have a resolution of at least 1280px x 1024px.(better: 19201080px).
- Broadcasting and publishing tool approval GEMA & GVL free bands / artists.
- Sampling in digital form will only be accepted on the following systems: HearTheMusic, Haulix, Promo Jukebox, Promo Cloud, all systems that have not been mentioned here, are not accepted!
- On the sites of the patterned bands, a link is included with the Notice, which is to hear the music even with Metal-FM.com! (Link examples see here)
Due to the fact that we receive a massive amount of digital promos, we only find CDs that reach us by post or parcel service. Digital samples go directly into the rotation without review.
